Hi there, this is CWC1222 👋

cwc1222 has been working in the Paraguay HIS project, which is owned by the Taiwan mission, ICDF. 🇵🇾 🇹🇼 he and his team developed a web-based system by Java, covering more than 400 health facilities, which is around 25% of the public hospitals in Paraguay.

He is also interested in the distributed system and algorithm design. During his study in the NCCU Network System Design Lab, he was doing the blockchain consensus algorithm design and implementation, published the paper, MSig-BFT on The 2nd International Workshop on Blockchain Technologies and Systems.
